I was taking Atacand and it was taken off the market....I did well with it

It does lower my blood pressure but do not like the side effects

I am experiencing muscle pain just as I was with cholesterol drugs. Today it is in my arms, and the skin is actually sore to touch from my shoulder into my hands. I understand muscle pain can become a problem. It worries me..

This drug was prescribed to me by a general practitioner. I would definitely would not recommend this drug to a friend or family member if they were in the same scenario or circumstance.
