Terms of Use and Acceptance of Terms ("Terms of Use") applies to use of the PharmaHelper.com website located at http://pharmahelper.com ("This Site") and also includes the creation and maintenance of a PharmaHelper.com Member Cash Back Account ("Member Account")

BY USING THE PHARMAHELPER.COM SITE YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE THROUGH USE AND REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OLD. IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE EXIT THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY.

PharmaHelper.com may modify this agreement periodically and such modification shall be effective upon posting on the PharmaHelper.com Website. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use each time before using this site. Continuing to use this site following the posting of changes and/or updates, will confirm that you accept and agree to the all the changes and modifications. If you are in compliance with these Terms of Use, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use this site solely in accordance with these Terms of Use.

PharmaHelper.com Member Cash Back Account Eligibility

To maintain a Member Account and to be eligible to earn cash back you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide a valid mailing address (P.O Box will not be accepted).
Be in compliance to all member account holder obligations set forth herein.
Provide valid telephone number and accept to have it verified by PharmaHelper.com.
Maintain your member cash back account information (name, address, telephone, email, etc.) up-to-date.

By signing in to PharmaHelper.com you represent and warrant that:

You are the customer who registered for the services and are not sharing the account.
You are using this site only for permitted purposes under the Terms of Use and Acceptance Through Use.
PharmaHelper.com at its sole discretion reserves the right to reject any application for a member account and can cancel any existing member account at any given time.
You are not a competitor of PharmaHelper.com or agent thereof; and in the event that you are, you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or member account including any other breach of security.
As a PharmaHelper.com member account holder you are entitled to accumulate cash rewards which are applied directly to your account. Each time your prescription medication purchase qualifies for such a reward from a participating pharmacy (defined further below).

Qualifying Cash back purchases.

In order to accumulate cash back rewards in your member cash back account, you must make a qualifying purchase which constitutes the following:

You must have a valid member account and not be breaching any member cash back obligations set forth in the Terms of Use and Acceptance of Use Agreement.
You must be signed in to your account and agree that you are not eligible for any cash back reward for a purchase made through the site without being signed in.
You have cookies enabled in the browser you are using.
You must click the ???buy now??? button on the site while being signed in. Should you start a purchase and then choose to complete it at a later date it may not be considered a qualifying purchase. This can be avoided by saving your search on your clipboard and returning through the saved link via this site at a later date.
The PharmaHelper.com results will display a numerical cash back percentage offer that is always posted clearly on search results.
Purchases may not be returned, refunded or cancelled.
Agree that the cash back amount is displayed as a percentage of the total purchases which will include any shipping fees, applicable taxes that are applied.
PharmaHelper.com must approve a purchase as a ???qualifying purchase??? at its sole discretion and will display the purchase as ???pending approval??? in the member???s cash back account for a period of up to 60 days, or until it is satisfied it is a qualifying purchase from the initial purchase date. This is done in the event there may be product returns, refunds, fraud and other similar scenarios. PharmaHelper.com reserves the right to adjust any amount in the cash back rewards account at its sole discretion. In the event a member account holder is in disagreement with any adjustments, his/her sole recourse is to discontinue use of the PharmaHelper.com site.

Term & Account Inactivity

PharmaHelper.com reserves the right to close any member account, including deletion of a member???s posts or site contributions, if the account at its own discretion deemed to be inactive for a period exceeding 240 days (from the date of the member account was created). Cash back amounts in terminated member cash back accounts will become property of PharmaHelper.com.

Fees

Opening and maintaining a member account with PharmaHelper.com is free.

Password

When you sign up to become for a member account holder, you will be prompted to select a password. It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username or password of another member account holder at any time. You agree to notify PharmaHelper.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password has occurred. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Public Posting

PharmaHelper.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any posting (including merchant reviews), or to restrict or terminate your access to all or any part of the PharmaHelper.com services at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

PharmaHelper.com at its sole discretion may delete any content that PharmaHelper.com considers violates this agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights of others or be fraudulent. PharmaHelper.com assumes no responsibility for monitoring the content for inappropriate content or conduct. If at any time PharmaHelper.com chooses, at its sole discretion, to monitor the PharmaHelper.com, it nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content, and has no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate content, and holds no responsibility for the conduct of the user who submits such content.

Qualification for $25 Sign-Up Bonus

In the event a user qualifies for the $25 Sign-up bonus, the user understands PharmaHelper.com will not issue payment to member until the amount in their cash back reward account is equal to or exceeds the minimum mailing amount of $50. It is also understood that under no circumstances can cash back rewards or credits be combined in whole or in part from multiple accounts. The accrued cash back amounts will have no value until the minimum mailing amount of $50 has been attained. The user also agrees that valid cash back payments will be mailed to the address in the user account.

Viewing your Cash Back Rewards

Upon creating a member account PharmaHelper.com will keep track of all your cash back rewards in your account which can be accessed by clicking on ???cash rewards??? within your account.

Termination of your PharmaHelper.com Member Account

Member account status is subject to the terms and conditions in this agreement. PharmaHelper.com reserves the right to terminate a member account and decline eligibility to claim any cash back reward for failure to comply with these terms and conditions, abuse, fraudulent activity or any misrepresentation in part or whole the PharmaHelper.com member account.

Terminating your Member Account

A member may terminate their member account at any time by sending an email to PharmaHelper.com. For security reasons, PharmaHelper.com reserves the right to contact you prior to terminating the account. It is also understood that any termination by either party will result in all cash back amounts returned to PharmaHelper.com.

Member Cash back Program.

PharmaHelper.com at its own discretion reserves the right to terminate or modify the cash back program in whole or in part at any time upon written notice via email listed in the member account holder???s account. PharmaHelper.com will not be accountable for an account holder???s failure to maintain up-to-date information in their account. In the event the cash back program is terminated, members will have 60 days to claim any approved amounts in their account.

PHARMAPRICER DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE QUALITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY OR ALL PRODUCT OFFERS.
